Hey — I’m Preston, the Rucking Pro, and I run Rucking, a legally registered fitness business based in Texas.

I lost 90 pounds and got below 10% body fat by rucking — walking with weight — almost every day. What started with a backpack and a few plates turned into a daily discipline that transformed my body and mindset.

Now sometimes I carry 100+ pounds using a Wolf Tactical weighted vest and a CamelBak Motherlode pack. I film it, track it with an Apple Watch Ultra 2, and break it all down so others can do the same.
